Shipping Policy

We want your Velnora Heat Belt to reach you as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

We ship internationally from our fulfilment partner. Estimated delivery times are:

Western Europe (DE, FR, NL, BE, AT, CH): 7 to 12 business days

Eastern Europe (PL, CZ, RO, HU): 10 to 16 business days

United Kingdom: 8 to 14 business days

Rest of world: 12 to 20 business days

These are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Costs

Orders over EUR 30: Free shipping

Orders under EUR 30: Standard shipping fee applied at checkout

The exact shipping cost for smaller orders will be shown at checkout before payment is taken.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this to monitor your delivery at any time.

You can also track your order directly on our website — click Track My Order in the navigation menu at velnora-co.com.

If your tracking number has not arrived within 3 business days of placing your order, please email us at info@velnora-co.com and we will investigate immediately.

Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties apply. For deliveries outside the EU (such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Norway), customs duties and import taxes may be charged by your local authority. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

If you are unsure about import duties in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@velnora-co.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

We take full responsibility for parcels lost in transit and will always find a solution for you.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@velnora-co.com. We can update your address if your order has not yet been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
