We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all Velnora orders. If you are unsatisfied for any reason — the product did not work as expected, it was not the right fit, or you simply changed your mind — you are entitled to a complete refund.

This guarantee applies even if you have used the product. We want you to properly try it, not just look at the box.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply follow these steps:

•         Email us at info@velnora-co.com within 30 days of receiving your order

•         Include your order number in the email (found in your confirmation email)

•         Briefly describe the reason for your return — this helps us improve

•         We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions

•         Once your return is confirmed, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days

Refund Conditions

Full refunds are issued when:

•         You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

•         The product is defective or damaged on arrival

•         You received the wrong item

•         The product does not match its description

Partial refunds may apply when:

•         The product shows significant signs of misuse or intentional damage

•         Accessories such as the USB cable or packaging are missing

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

PayPal refunds: 3 to 5 business days

Damaged or Defective Products

If your belt arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days of purchase, please email us at info@velnora-co.com with a photo of the issue. We will send you a replacement immediately at no cost — no need to return the original.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over 30 euros. For orders below this threshold, the original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
